Mark Sanford, Governor of South Carolina seemed a must-do caricature. His amazing distortions of reality and flights of fantasy impressed every man who has ever been busted with his "soul mate" and struggled frantically to explain the indiscretion to his wife and family. And that bit about not being in Argentina at all but riding his bike naked in Appalachia...wow! Sheer genius. The old choice between two evils...and she bought it! Now, if he can only sell it to the people of South Carolina.
